Recarsia Car Replacement Plan
Upon purchasing the Recarsia Car Replacement Plan, we will provide customers with a replacement car (below 1.3cc) based on their selected plan (days) when their car is involved in an accident and sent to the workshop for insurance claim repairs. This enable customers to continue with their daily routine without any disruption, allowing for a seamless and hassle-free experience.
Recarsia Shuttle Service
Our shuttle service is exclusively offered to customers who have purchased Recarsia Car Replacement Plan, which include an additional yearly premium. The service is available for transportation from the accident location to the customer’s residence only within a distance of 30km.
Recarsia 24/7 Vehicle Breakdown Service
If your car breaks down, our Recarsia foreman will travel to your location after receiving your calls, diagnose the issue, and carry out minor repairs without charging labour cost. However, if replacement parts are necessary, customers are required to pay for the cost of the parts in cash. If our mechanics recommend that the car need to be brought back to the workshop for repairs, customers will be responsible for paying any tolls incurred. If your car breaks down on the highway, it is important to contact the highway patrol first to ensure safety precautions are followed. Â
